For Physical Product Returns:

Items must be returned complete and undamaged. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received.

Please include a copy of the invoice/order confirmation (or your first name, last name, and email address) in the package. Once we receive and process the package, we will issue a refund for the cost of the program.


Once you have the tracking information, please email support@briantracy.com so we can ensure you receive your refund in a timely manner.


For Digital Products or Course Returns:

Please send an email with your order number and the email address used to place the order to support@briantracy.com letting us know that you are not satisfied with your purchase.



Refunds for the price of the product will be made within 7-14 days after we receive your returned products. Refunds are made to the purchasing credit card. If the card has expired, please contact our support team to update your payment information in order to expedite your refund.
